BACK BAY, ONE OF THE BEST
Back Bay is most famous for its rows of Victorian Brownstone homes. It is considered one of the best-preserved examples of 19th Century urban design in the United States. Back Bay is one of Boston's most beautiful and sought after neighborhoods. Home to celebrities and families alike, it's the perfect place to settle down in a quiet area in town with it's central location being second to none.
Before the 19th-century filling project, Back Bay was literally a bay, west of the Shawmut Peninsula between Boston and Cambridge. This part of the city boasts some of the most culturally and architecturally significant buildings such as Trinity Church and Boston Public Library. You'll never get bored with plenty of shopping and fine dining on Newbury and Boylston street.
Back Bay has easy access to Orange, Green Line, and various bus routes on the MBTA system. Check out our Post on Public Transportation.
